SELLERS, BUYERS and REALTORS: The Longview Point Association Treasurer needs a MINIMUM of 3 working days notice to prepare HOA Closing Documents. Please plan accordingly.
2023 ASSOCIATION DUES: Assessment statements including the annual HOA invoice, financial statements, any needed lift registration forms, and a copy of the meeting minutes to all lot owners by October 1, 2023. The invoice payments are due by November 1, 2023. If you do not receive your 2023 Assessment for the Home owners dues please email Beverly at email@example.com. Please email with any address changes as well. Due date is November 1, 2023.
Please include a lift registration form if you intend on having a lift installed at your pier in the spring of 2024. All residents who have a lift must submit a registration form. A copy of the lift registration form is available on the following link.
ANNUAL MEETING: The Longview Point Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting was held in the Town of Armenia Village Hall on Saturday July 13th, 2023. A copy of the minutes are available through this link:
